• Personal statement - 500 word essay OR a 3-5 minute video/PowerPoint presentation

• Activities, Achievements and Awards (scholastic, extracurricular, community)

• Work and/or Volunteer experience (community service, mission trips, jobs)

• Minimum of 1 letter of recommendation

• High school grades and ACT/SAT scores
